Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
1- 2½ pound flatiron or flank steak¼ Cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
¼ teaspoon chili flake
¾ cup soy sauce
¾ cup water
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup carrot, grated
3 or 4 green onions sliced diagonally into 1-inch lengths for garnish
sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation
